Community Ensemble
Audition
We’re really excited to invite up to 5 community members to join the company in making this new show! This will be a paid opportunity for people to be part of a professional production. Come along to our Community Ensemble workshops as an informal audition before you join us for two weeks of rehearsals. You may be a performer or you might never have performed before in your life, and we want to hear from you!

How much: FREE to attend workshop. Rehearsals are PAID* (*or vouchers & travel expenses available)

LET’S LOVE Community Ensemble Rehearsals:
For those who are selected to join the Community Ensemble rehearsals will take place at ARC Stockton on the following dates:
13th July -17th July 10am-5pm
20th July - 23rd July 10am-5pm
Performances 7pm -8pm on 23rd & 24th July
Fee: £13.45p/h (Real Living Wage), £80.70p/d​
*If you have concerns over pay clashing with your current work, or you might be worried about complications with any benefits, please get in touch and we can discuss an alternative. We want everyone to feel comfortable to apply.​
Design
Workshop
We’ll be hosting this Design Workshops for people interested in looking at how design, costume, colour and different materials can help tell stories and be a creative outlet.
Joined by Jane Bizimana, this workshop will look at how design brings people together, specifically in relation to shaping and expressing different cultures. We’ll also be using this design workshop as a way to see what you want to see on stage as part of our production LET’S LOVE, so come along and have your say.

Storytelling & Food Workshop
We’ll be hosting this Storytelling & Food Workshop for people interested in looking at how food, flavour, colour and texture can be a place to bring people together.
Looking at how food & cuisine is essential to any family gathering and celebration. We’ll also be using this workshop to ask you what your favourite celebratory food is, and what you would do to put a twist on the infamous Parmo to inspire what food we could serve in an imaginary wedding.
Time: 1:30pm-3:30pm
